On _______, 2023, ______ shared a message expressing the Agency's continued progress toward a more equitable and inclusive work environment by enacting the programs and principles in the Agency’s DEIA Framework. A key component of the Agency's equitable transformation is the establishment of the Chancellor's Office DEIA Framework Implementation Advisory Committee.

The DEIA Implementation Advisory Committee will help guide the Agency's commitment to achieving a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment. The implementation Advisory Committee will support HR's facilitation of equitable improvements across each Agency Division.

Please indicate your interest to serve on the DEIA Implementation Advisory Committee by completing the form below no later than _______, 2023. Thereafter, 12 interest form submitters will be selected at random to serve on the DEIA Implementation Advisory Committee.
